With the understanding that all areas outside of our condos is the sole responsibility of the Portsmith COA, it is our goal to improve the appearance of our landscape assets within our association

4. when sufficiant volume is met, plants will be ordered and planted.

2. Where is the location of the issue with the front of the condos given priority.
3. How serious is the issue based on all needs of the Portsmith Association.
4. What is the date of the original request?
From month to month a landscape report will be given at each Board meeting. This will include future plans, problems and special needs.
1. We attempt to plan during the best season to insure survival
2. We try to get the best deals by waiting for a bulk order to the nursery.
3. The landscape company has specific dates and frequency for mowing, pruning,fertilizing and insect control. "See your landscaping company's contract at First Service.
In Late November, and the Month of December, a full landscape assessment will be performed. A report of the results will be provided at the February Board meeting. Planting will commence as weather dictates.
Join us every 3rd Tuesday at the board meeting. Starting at 2:30pm, North Forum, 2020 club
