The hurricane season will soon be upon us and now is the time to really take preparations seriously.
Stock up on no perishable food and drink, then you can rotate those provisions with newer ones.
Make sure to always have you meds up to date , have emergency notification listed in your unit, let family know if you are staying or leaving and purchase a NOAA emergency radio for up to date weather information.
If you are a snowbird, store ALL your outdoor items in your garage and let your neighbors know if you are staying. Leave them a key in case of possible damage.
When arriving for the first time you will be issued a visitor's pass at either the Main Gate or the Back Gate. You will need to have your closing papers for proof of ownership. Part of the process of closing on real estate in Kings Point is a application to the COA. By filing this application, the Business Office should have you in the system.
